As Andy mentioned in his email send an email to helpdesk@... to get permissions.

As for sandbox documentation, we have been working on more generically applicable docs here:


Which we hope will cover all of the projects under LFN as they have very similar infras. If you notice a problem with the docs feel free to open a jira to let us know or contribute a patch to https://gerrit.linuxfoundation.org/infra/#/admin/projects/releng/docs
