Correction, after looking over the actual committer list somehow I've
been named twice (Once as PTL with a different LFID I don't use and once
as myself)

Actual number of committers currently listed: 9, and minus CJ and Thanh
brings us to 7.

I've got change https://gerrit.fd.io/r/c/ci-management/+/33154 open to
remove CJ and Thanh and cleanup my records
