I like the idea to use the tools properly. Drafts are there for the purpose you mentioned.
Drafts are saving resources and they are the only right way to express that something
is not ready

it should have been {os}-s
I have mail into helpdesk (because its part of jenkins master config) to alter the flavors from ubuntu to ubuntu1604 and centos to centos7
so
