Dave is active in both CSIT and VPP projects, and his committer role in ci-management is critical to both.

As a ci-managmeent committer I am nominating Dave Wallace to be approved
as a committer to the ci-management project. I confirmed with Dave that
he is interested in becoming a committer.  Please see Maciek's email
