Due to the confusion around the nomination and vote for Dave previously,
we are restarting the nomination and vote process. I'd like to nominate Dave Wallace as a committer for ci-managment. Dave's commit history: https://gerrit.fd.io/r/q/project:ci-management+is:merged+owner:dwallacelf%2540gmail.co I spoke with Dave and verified he would like to become a ci-management committer.
