Hello,

since VPP 18.01 auto creation of FIB tables is not supported.
Support for FIB table management was added by:
https://gerrit.fd.io/r/#/c/12669/

Most of the HC models were updated to use leafref as defined in 12669.

Features that were not updated:
- lisp (https://jira.fd.io/browse/HC2VPP-347)
- vxlan-gpe (https://jira.fd.io/browse/HC2VPP-363).
