Is policer api currently supported in HC?

Hi Marek
Thanks for noticing – I forgot to do that after last e-mail. I’ll update the feature request in Jira tonight.
Thanks, Andrew From: "Marek Gradzki -X (mgradzki - PANTHEON TECHNOLOGIES at Cisco)" <mgradzki@...>
Hi,
we are now planning new features for hc2vpp 17.04. If you are still interested in policer functionality, please open jira ticket for hc2vpp.

Hi Marek
Thanks for your fast reply. I think currently supported classifier APIs are enough for setting an ACL but not a policer. To set a policer we need to do the following steps: configure policer=>configure classify table(Supported)=>configure classify session with policer-hit-next(Supported)=>set policer classify to assign the policer to the interface. I think I’d be good if this API can be on the wish list in JIRA. For now, I’ll just use VPP’s native APIs.

Hi Andrew,
You are right. We do not support policer APIs. We do support configuring classify tables and sessions and assigning them to interface as l2/ip4/ip6 tables. Don’t know if it is enough for enabling policer functionality.

Hi HC developers,
In VPP under vnet there’s an API for policer set up. I’ve not seen corresponding yang models under HC. There’re only two yang models supporting the classifiers. So, suppose I want to set a classifier with policer-hit-next. Is it possible to do that in HC right now?
Thanks, Andrew
