We cancelled the builds for vpp-merge-1609-centos7. Build 1036 is in progress. The ubuntu-xenial-24 slave has been removed. Please confirm if this resolves this issue.

At the moment of writing this, I can see a couple stuck jobs from vpp
and csit that might need manual kill.

This may be related to a network issue. We have a ticket open with
Vexxhost to look into this issue.
