We've been discussing this since the project was formed, which is fine, but given this isn't "net new" information for anyone, as discussed on the call I'd like to propose a more aggressive timeline for moving this forward than would be deemed appropriate if we HADN'T been discussing this at length.
I'd like to propose that we keep nominations open until midnight UTC Wed Apr27, with a vote to be completed by committers no later for ratification by our next NSHSFC team meeting (7am PST Monday May2).
Having been prodded by a few of you, I'd like to nominate myself for the role of PTL. I'll send a separate email to that effect so its more recognizable in the mail archives.
