I did not realize there were any meaningful choices to be made in terms of protecting the project.
Given that there are choices, we should consider the issue, rather than just letting it slide.

How do folks feel about having a week/fortnightly TWS meeting at a scheduled time?
This has worked in ODL in the past, where topics of interest (interesting patches, use-cases, etc) can have a forum

I was trying to follow the procedures laid out in the New_Project_Checklist.

I'm on this now. I've stood up the LDAP groups and JIRA projects for
NSH and ONE. I've got a long checklist to walk down, but will have it
taken care of ASAP.
