Do we have a process for archiving a git repository,

as opposed to archiving a project?

If yes, we could place a notice into the repository

and archive it.

We did something similar in OpenDaylight [0],

though that involved also splitting the project.

But the main idea should apply also here,

assuming we can get a TRex committer so merge the notice.

We can follow the same steps for TREX that we did for DEB_DPDK. As far as I understand TREX doesn't use Gerrit, Nexus, or Jenkins.

What about the other projects?

Thanks,
Vanessa
